In order to serve our customers better with a wider range of services and products, Board andManagement have future plans of transforming the entity into a regulated financial Institution in Uganda — Tier 2, and thus the need to fill the following position to meet the needsof the transforming entity;
Job Title: COMPLIANCE MANAGER.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.
Purpose: To analyze, follow up and ensure implementation of the bank's policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations and to ensure compliance by all staff
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor's Degree in economics, banking,business administration, accounting or Law
• Compliance Manager Certification, Legal practice certification, professional risk management certification, accounting or audit qualification are added advantage .
• At least 3 years in credit and banking operations,and 2 years in Compliance Management role or related background‘
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
