JOB DETAILS:
Raising Voices is a non-profit organization based in Kampala, Uganda working to prevent violence against women and children ( www.raisingvoices.org ).

Direct and manage the programs and the operations of Raising Voices in Uganda.

• Management and leadership of programs in Uganda
• Management of operations, financial accountability and statutory compliance
• Foster transparent internal and external relations
• Custodian of values, reputation, sustainability and well-being of Raising Voices

Person:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, values-driven leader with impeccable integrity.
This is a top leadership position requiring a senior level professional. It is a full-time, long term position based in Kampala, Uganda.

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in executive leadership role
• Deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector, statutory compliance requirements and grants management
• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Uganda an advantage

Remuneration:
Competitive package commensurate with experience and skill.
