Director Monitoring, Evaluation, And Learning
University Research Co., LLC (URC), a global company dedicated to improving the quality of health care, social services, and health education worldwide, is seeking a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to support USAID's Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services-East Central Uganda (USAID RHITES-EC) Project.
The project implements a comprehensive, district-based integrated package of quality health services focused on HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB, and nutrition across 12 districts in EC Uganda.
Supervised by the Chief of Party, the Director of MEL is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in MEL and supporting design and implementation of the MEL agenda, including reporting of results, data use for decision-making, and knowledge management.
S/he will supervise a team of senior M&E Advisors and Performance Management and Operations Research Advisor who support and oversee the work of M&E team members across the targeted districts. .
