Job Description
The Finance Manager role is responsible for driving value as a Business Partner through effective business decisions to all stakeholders, and to ensure the company’s Financial Security (Performance, Cash Flow position, and Cost effectiveness) is entrenched.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Budgets and Latest Estimates are prepared, set and aligned to Business Plans
• Support Profitable Revenue Management
• Manage and Control Expenditure
• Working Capital Management and Cash Conversion Cycle
• Plan, coordinate and manage the company's financial planning process
• Coordinate and prepare company monthly financial results both locally and to the Zone
• Implement and manage financial controls, policies and procedures
• Provide financial Information and support to management
• Utilize Information Systems and ensure that existing information systems are fully utilized and add value to the business
• Control the company's fixed assets
• Generate and submit monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare the company's balance sheet for financial planning purposes.
• Manage fiscal and tax obligations to ensure that local legislation is adhered to
• Ensure that fiscal audit process is managed according to requirements
• Facilitate effective team dynamics
• Implement performance management
• Communicate Effectively in the workplace
• Develop Employees through identification of needs and diagnosis according to best practice and operational requirements.


Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting/Finance- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA
• Relevant business experience in an FMCG
• Language skills: Proficiency in English.
• Critical skills needed for success in this position:

• Great attention to detail and quick to detect errors
