JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary: Capstone Investments Limited (the manufacturers and distributors of Secrets
sanitary pads) is hiring Commission based Sales Representatives. As a sales representative it would be your job to sell your company's products or services. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in any business-related field
Experience Length: 1 year

Job description:
The successful candidate should meet the following specifications;

  • A good Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or other professional qualification
  • Honest, professional, high achiever with Strong and ethical performance
  • Coachable and highly competitive spirit
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
  • People networked
  • Excellent time-management
  • Successful working experience in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales while achieving maximum profitability against set targets
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual client.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and earn their trust
  • Contributes to team effort by working well with team members and accomplishing related results as needed
  • Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager
