JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacancy in the company.
Post: Superintendent-Maintenance Sweets Factory
Ref: 2019.03.242/SF-M-S&C-04
Age: 30 years and above
Reporting to Deputy Production Manager.

Duties:
• Supervising and monitoring the mechanical shift technicians in order to achieve the production targets.
• Planning and carrying out planned preventive maintenance in the Sweets factory.
• Maintaining and upgrading records of machine breakdown as per ISO 9001-2015.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be holders of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from a reputable University. However, applicants with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with practical relevant experience in confectionary industry may also apply.
• Computer knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of confectionery machines e.g. Flat Lollipop, Ball Lollipop, Ball Wrapping Machine etc. is added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in contectionery industry.
