JOB DETAILS:
Restaurant Managers / Service Supervisors: this is a middle management role; and is a head of a coffee shop (restaurant). Focus is on supervising and driving sales and maintaining a high standard of service at a coffee shop. On one hand; this person should understand customer needs, and can initiate contact, set and monitor customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. On the other hand, must be able to manage staff: waiters, kitchen and other administrative staff to achieve the required customer service expectations and internal franchise standards.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• The focus is skills; so business & professional experience is key. For the CCO role, a university degree shall be an added advantage, if the person can demonstrate its relevance to the situation.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong Administrative Support Skills
• Good Computer Application Skills
