QUALIFICATIONS:
• Masters level qualification in Health Economics, Health Policy, Biostatistics, Health Financing or equivalent fields
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience providing national level, strategic health financing advice to governments undertaking health reforms comparable to what Uganda is undertaking
• The HFA must have extensive background in health financing reforms, policy, leadership and Government engagement.
