JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
As a Market Impact Member, you will play a crucial role in driving the visibility, reach, and sales of Hariss International’s products by engaging with retailers and stockists, ensuring effective merchandising, and promoting brand loyalty among customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the company's market presence and addressing customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Retailer and Stockist Engagement
• Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers to improve product awareness.
• Encourage retailers and stockists to sell more Hariss products and recommend them to their customers.
• Recruit and register new retailers and stockists for Hariss’s product lines.
Merchandising and Brand Visibility
• Ensure proper merchandising in assigned markets to maintain brand visibility.
• Organize product displays, ensure stock is well-positioned, and check for short expiries.
Customer Relationship Management
• Foster brand loyalty by increasing retailer recommendations of Hariss products to customers.
• Act as the brand ambassador, representing Hariss in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Collect complaints and escalate them to the aligned supervisor or customer care department for resolution.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform any other tasks as requested by management.

Education and Experience Requirements
Educational Background
• Minimum: Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
• A marketing certification is an added advantage.
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a busy environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
