Uganda Muslim Medical Bureau (UMMB) provides an exceptionally high level of care for our network staff and equal opportunity organization. Established by Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) to coordinate activities of Muslim founded private not for profit (PNFP) Health facilities and is the main link between these facilities, government, and other stakeholders. We have a very well respected staff and use cutting edge health technology.

We’re Currently Seeking Fulltime.
Enrolled Midwife (1)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality midwifery care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services.
• Conduct health education and counseling for mothers and families.
• Ensure adherence to safe clinical practices and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Any other role as it may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Must be a certified and registered Enrolled Midwife with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
• At least 1 year of experience in midwifery or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.

Records Assistant/Accountant (1)
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical, financial, and administrative records.
• Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
• Generate periodic financial and records management reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial and record-keeping policies and procedures.
• Support the management team with data organization and retrieval.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Accounting, Records Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
