JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction activities to ensure they adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of workmanship.
• Prepare inspection reports and document any deviations from project plans.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 2 years in road projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
