JOB DETAILS:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
• Visit all sales points, including shops, stockists, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, bars, and kiosks, to ensure product availability and actively promote products.
• Achieve a minimum sales target of 85% of the total target; failure to meet this target for three consecutive months may result in termination.
• Identify and secure new customers while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Educate customers about products, promotions, and strategies to effectively sell slow-moving items.

Market Monitoring and Product Maintenance
• Monitor the availability and display of products in the market, ensuring competitor products are not displayed in company-owned fridges.
• Maintain the company’s market presence, particularly for the water segment, created through promotions and supervision efforts.
• Address issues related to expired or damaged products in customer outlets and ensure proper product arrangement at agents' depots.

Promotions and Branding
• Distribute posters in visible areas during route sales and replace any that have been removed or damaged.
• Ensure bonuses are provided to customers during promotions and report any discrepancies in their distribution.
• Monitor radio and TV advertisements, reporting outdated or incorrect advertisements to management for correction.

Reporting and Coordination
• Submit daily reports to the data office and weekly reports to the supervisor.
• Report any irregularities, such as overcharging, agents mixing competitor products, or other issues, to management.

Company Standards
• Maintain professionalism by dressing appropriately, keeping a neat appearance, and portraying the best company image.
• Use only company-provided communication lines for business purposes.
• Avoid accepting bribes, disclosing company information, or consuming alcohol during working hours.
