Role Overview
The Business Performance Manager will be responsible for analyzing, strategizing, and overseeing the company’s operations to maximize efficiency and profitability. The role involves setting performance goals, evaluating operational metrics, and implementing strategies to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to monitor and enhance company performance.
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and teams.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend improvements.
2. Operational Oversight:
o Analyze business operations to identify areas for optimization.
o Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
o Lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Gather and analyze data to understand trends and make data-driven decisions.
o Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
o Provide actionable insights to improve decision-making processes.
4. Team Leadership:
o Provide leadership and guidance to departmental heads and team members.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
o Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
5. Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
o Identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations.
o Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CMA, or PMP) is an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
o Proficiency in business intelligence tools and financial modeling.
o Strong communication and presentation skills.
