JOB DETAILS:
Sadja WebSolutions is an innovative tech company focusing on providing web hosting services, domain registration (including African TLD extensions), and cloud-based solutions. As part of our growth, we are partnering with leading global providers like Google Cloud, Microsoft, Zoho, and Odoo to offer advanced services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho One, and Odoo solutions. We aim to help businesses improve their productivity, streamline operations, and scale with the right technology.
We are currently looking to expand our team of interns who will gain hands-on experience by working on real projects and helping Sadja WebSolutions achieve its goal of becoming a certified partner with major cloud service providers.

Position Overview:
As an Intern at Sadja WebSolutions, you will be learning essential technical skills while preparing for various cloud certifications required to help the company achieve direct partnership status with platforms like Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Zoho, and Odoo. The primary focus will be to earn the certifications that will enable us to resell cloud solutions, integrate client systems, and support ongoing projects.
Upon completion of the internship, candidates who successfully pass the certification exams will have the opportunity to become full-time employees, leading our new department dedicated to supporting clients and integrating solutions from our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Certification Preparation:
Study and prepare for Google Workspace certifications, including but not limited to:
• Professional Google Workspace Administrator
• Google Education Deployment Credential
• Google Workspace Deployment Services Credential
Additional certifications related to Microsoft Cloud, Zoho Consulting, and Odoo will also be required. This includes learning how to resell and integrate these platforms for clients.
Hands-on Learning:
• Get direct exposure to Sadja WebSolutions' internal systems.
• Learn the processes involved in integrating Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho One, and Odoo for clients.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting cloud services.
Cloud Services Support:
• Gain experience in providing technical support for cloud services to both internal teams and clients.
• Learn how to configure and customize various cloud applications according to client needs.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with Sadja WebSolutions' senior IT team to understand and document integration processes.
• Engage in weekly learning sessions, feedback loops, and group discussions to help further your understanding of cloud solutions.

What You'll Learn:
• Google Workspace administration and deployment skills, including managing users, security settings, and cloud-based applications.
• Microsoft 365, Zoho One, and Odoo integration and customization.
• Cloud certification exams preparation and how to pass them successfully.

By the end of the internship, you'll be well-equipped to take on roles such as:
• Cloud Solutions Architect
• Cloud Consultant
• Technical Support Engineer
• Cloud Integration Specialist

Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in:
o Computer Science
o Information Technology
o Software Engineering
o Web Development (with a focus on cloud services)
o Or equivalent technical fields.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and programming languages such as:
o Python
o React
o JavaScript
o HTML/CSS
• A strong interest in cloud technologies, digital tools, and systems integration.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
