Reports To: Marketing and Communications Manager
• Supervises: N/A

Job Purpose/Responsibilities:
o We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team.
o The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid digital campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and return on investment.
o This role will be responsible to run campaigns across a wide variety of platforms.
o The successful candidate will be required to report to office physically.
o Campaign Creation and Management
• Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads Linkedin, Meta, and TikTok.
• Oversee campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance, including A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
o Analytics and Reporting
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Generate and share regular performance reports, highlighting key KPIs, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns based on data trends, seasonality, and changes in platform algorithms.
o Strategic Planning and Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social media, marketing) to develop high-quality advertising creatives in a variety of formats.
• Work with the marketing team to align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in digital advertising technologies and platform updates.
o Budget Management
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and effective spend allocation.
• Recommend budget adjustments based on performance analysis and business goals.

Person Specification:
o Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing successful advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok, ideally for multinational brands.
• Proven track record of driving results through digital advertising (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
• Experience with ad campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

Skills and Competencies
• Ability to think creatively and develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and strategies tailored to each platform.
• Good understanding of customer personas and ability to tailor ads for maximum engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to present campaign results and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and other marketing professionals.
• Good knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and reporting across Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools and interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of tracking and conversion pixels, tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and attribution models.
• Certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or TikTok Ads Manager Certification are a plus.
