EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRED HEATERS FOR THE TILENGA PROJECT IN UGANDA

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) and License Area (LA)2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partners), invites experienced and reputable companies to express their interest in providing services for the operation and maintenance of fired heaters (hot water generators) for the Tilenga Project in Uganda
General Field Development Description:
The Tienga oil and associated gas development (PROJECT) is located in the North East area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northem part of LA-2 block Four vertically stacked reservoirs are to be developed. The facilties include well pads (30) and Industrial area containing Central Processing Facility (CPF).
Scope of Work:
The contractor will cover complex maintenance and operational support services related to fired heaters. This will include, but not limited to provision of
Specialised maintenance: Rockwell Burner Control system Troubleshooting and Burner setting services
Field service engineers: Capacity to provide sufficient trained and experienced field service engineers for both planned and corrective maintenance activities on heaters
Remote support: Offering remote technical support services Offsite testing Capacity to test equipment at an off-site approved testing facility
Technical training: Conducting training sessions related to the services
Contract management Effective management of the maintenance contract
Modifications and control system upgrades.

22MW THERMAX Fire tube Hot water generator, designed as per ENI 2953, with a twin corrugated furnace
ZEECO G814 Bumer, designed as per EN676, suitable for Fuel gas Diesel and Crude of fuels
The Selected Contractor Must Be Able to Demonstrate the Following Abilities:
• Proven competency and experience in operation and maintenance of the required equipment and associated technology Capacity to provide experienced field service engineers Certification and adherence to international standards and regulations
• Expertise in Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM)
• The Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Prequalification Process are
• Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management system, Quality Policy, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
• Compliance to National and international laws and regulations. Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as detaled in 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations
Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database
In ine with COMPANY's objective to maximize National Content upon fulfilling other requirements for the scope of work, preference shall be given to a Ugandan company or as a minimum, a company that is in a joint venture with a Ugandan company
