Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the workforce is well managed thereby fostering productivity, and promoting a positive work environment for the attainment of both strategic and tactical goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and/or implement HR policies and procedures that support the Institute’s strategic objectives.
2. Oversee administration of employee benefits including salary, gratuity, health insurance and leave
3. Implement performance management systems that encourage productivity, employee growth and accountability.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
6. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
7. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of five (05) years of experience in human resource management, with at least three (03) years as a manager in an organization of more than 100 employees.
• Proficiency in HR software and/or Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage
