JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of installers for outdoor installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet units.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure effective performance.
- Oversee installation quality to meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures (working at heights, electrical safety, equipment handling).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in telecom/ISP sector, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in installing/maintaining outdoor telecommunications equipment.
