JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily appointments with dispatch
- Transport and stage materials at customer premises
- Guide and oversee fellow installers
- Collect accessories/devices from assigned stock pickup points
- Complete tasks within allotted timeframes
- Review paperwork with customers as needed
- Wear all required identification, safety, and courtesy equipment
- Educate customers about benefits and upsell additional products
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- 1+ year in telecom/ISP sector
- Background in installing/maintaining outdoor telecommunications equipment
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
