NOTICE OF TENDER CANCELLATION
ITB/UGAAD/2024/006 (CIVIL WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OVERNIGHT SHELTERS AND VIP LATRINES AT THE KIRYANDONGO RECEPTION CENTRE IN KIRYANDONGO DISTRICT AND OVERNIGHT SHELTERS AT THE NYUMANZI RECEPTION CENTRE IN ADJUMANI DISTRICT FOR UNHCR SUB OFFICE ADJUMANI - UGANDA).
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established on December 14, 1950, by the United Nations General Assembly and mandated by the United Nations to lead and coordinate international action for the worldwide protection of refugees and the resolution of refugee problems.
The INVITATION TO BID (ITB): Reference Number ITB/UGAAD/2024/006 that was issued on 15/10/2024 for the civil works for the construction of overnight shelters and VIP latrines at the Kiryandongo Reception Centre in Kiryandongo District and overnight shelters at the Nyumanzi Reception Centre in Adjumani District for UNHCR Sub Office Adjumani- Uganda has been cancelled.
We would like to inform you that due to significant variation of the drawings and bills of quantities in consultation with the requesting unit after the tender was advertised, UNHCR has decided to cancel/withdraw that tender and a new tender will be launched in the Daily Monitor on 22nd October 2024 and the New vision on 24th October 2024.
