Request for Expression of Interest for Provision of Camp Modification works under engineering, procurement and construction for kingfisher oil field infrastructure epc-2 project

CSCEC covers all provinces in China as well as nearly 100 countries and regions overseas. The business layout includes infrastructure, real estate, development, survey and design, new business, investment, operation, etc. to complete the procurement and construction of the camp modification works.

SCOPE OF WORK

Detailed engineering of design of camp modification. Procurement of materials and equipment for camp modification. Construction of facilities for the camp modification. Specific works include Wire Fence Adjustment of internal road and drainage, new building construction, water supply and fire fighting system, power supply, sewage treatment system (120m3/day), Optimization of the Fire Hydrant System, and adjustment of communication system. Solid waste treatment (incinerator) and Geological Survey.

REQUIREMENTS

a) Experience of CSHEC policy Procedure and processes in procurement of services in the oil and gas sector in Uganda.

b) Experience in the implementation of international industry standards.

c) Performance and experience of similar works in Uganda and equipment in a given package.

d) Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract.

e) Compliance with the Government of Uganda laws and regulations.

f) Possession of relevant certification in the oil and gas sector in Uganda.

g) Compliance to statutory National Content requirement for oil and gas as well as to suitably qualify for any oil and gas works.

h) Compliance with the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
