Persons with Albinism need to be empowered with human rights, advocacy and livelihood skills to equally participate in different programs like their counterparts, giving persons with albinism a platform to share their stories and experiences which boosts their esteem and confidence.
It is importance to create awareness to parents, caretakers and the communities where children and persons with albinism live. This creates an enabling environment suitable for child development. Involving parents of children with albinism in our programs empowers them to put into practice what they have learnt.
