Our History
Challenges has been operating globally for over 20 years across 4 continents. Since 1999, we’ve operated in over 70 countries, supporting more than 3000 enterprises and tens of thousands of people. In the past four years alone, we’ve partnered with more than 750 companies in Sub-Saharan Africa, where we have established offices and full-time teams in Ghana, Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda and Zambia.
