JOB DETAILS:

Job responsibilities:
• Create a firm financial policy and SOPs in collaboration with management.
• Establish an accounting ledger and regulations.
• Daily payment for operations,
• Prepare a financial report as needed.
• Filing applicable tax returns and tax planning 6. Interact with banks and other financial entities.
• Creating development strategies, as well as estimating sales and growth estimates 8. Meetings, networking, and other channels are used to identify market prospects.
• Meeting current and prospective clients and developing great connections
• Collaboration with coworkers to build sales and marketing strategies
• Participating in exhibits and conferences
• Creating sales presentations and attending sales meetings.
• Creating management reports
• New target market efforts are being researched, planned, and implemented.
• Prospective account research in target markets
• Following up on prospects and guiding them through the sales cycle
• Creating quotations and proposals for potential clients
• Setting objectives for the business development team and devising tactics to achieve those objectives.
• Working in a fintech firm is required.

Qualifications:
• Majoring in finance or accounting,
• At least five (5) years of accounting/finance experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the business department
• English fluency
• Integrity,honest,liable
• Self-taught, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Figures, numbers, and computations are all important to you.

Additional Requirements
• Ability to use web / online accounting ERPs
• Familiarity with EFRIS and filing tax on the uganda revenue portal
• Proficiency with Excel analysis,data visualization using graphs and charts
