Position: 3 Farm Managers
Job Summary:
The Farm Manager will mainly ensure maximum yield of the farm in line with farm policies and procedures..

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure strategic administration of the farm by planning, budgeting, monitoring and documenting all the yields for the sustainability of the farm.
• Support in the development and preparation of currently used land for farming purposes.
• Ensure regular repair and maintenance of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.
• Ensure line management, regular training and capacity building of the subordinates.
• Ensure quality of the farm products.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The Farm Manager should preferably hold a Diploma in sustainable agriculture or any other related fields.
• A minimum of three years’ working experience in a similar post working with a reputable farm. Tea & Coffee production experience preferred
• Ability to use computer packages like Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan & lead a team of employees.
• Age: Above 25 years
• Reference needed
