Job Title: Financial Advisors (Multiple Vacancies)

Role purpose & Key Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The overall purpose is to generate new business for Britam by interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best-suited insurance policies. This role involves both acquiring new customers and servicing existing ones, while ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.

Key responsibilities
• Prospecting potential customers using direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Delivering excellent customer service by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable insurance products.
• Regularly meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting clients through the insurance claim process. Keeping up to date with changes in the insurance industry and advising clients accordingly.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements. Maintaining records of all insurance policies and customers.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Advanced Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) is an added advantage

Mode of Remuneration
• Commissions based role based on the business generated in the region.
