JOB DETAILS:
Duties And Responsibilities:
• Farmer groups formation: - Forming active farmer groups of both newly recruited and existing farmers according to plan.
• Farmer groups Training implementation: - Implement effective trainings to farmer groups according to schedules and work plans.
• Groups seedling Distribution: - Ensure seedlings are distributed timely, issued, and planted by all the farmer groups according to approved plans.
• Monitoring & Reporting: - Timely monitoring of farmer groups, reporting and communication of implementation of activities on their farms.
• Perform any other task as it may be given from time to time by the supervisor.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Diploma in forestry, Agro-forestry or community development
• Must be conversant with both spoken and written English and knowledge of the local language in the area of operation.
• Computer literate
• 3 years of experience working with farmers/community-based projects
• Valid Motorbike riding license
