2. Audit and Accounting Technical Specialists
The ideal candidates will support audit teams on audit and IFRS technical matters as technical specialists. The candidate should have interest in developing a career as an audit or accounting technical specialist and should also be interested in undertaking accelerated learning and training in International Standards of Auditing. EY Global Audit Methodology. EY Audit Quality & Risk Management Policies, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other technical aspects relevant to audit services. Hel she should be self-driven, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines and a team player with high ethical standards.

Qualifications and skills
Relevant University degree- from a recognized university minimum of Second Upper Class. ACCA, CPA or other relevant accounting qualification and audit experience is an added advantage. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) degrees will also be considered. Candidates with these degrees who are interested in pursuing a career in accounting are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills. Strong planning, research, and communication skills.
