SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
Low cost sealing (over lay) on Alenga-Kungu Road section Sitting, Drilling, Test Pumping and Installation of eight (8) Deep wells/Boreholes
Rehabilitation of Eleven (11) Deep wells/Boreholes
Supply of three seater classroom desks for distribution to selected 500,000 Primary Schools
Supply Motorcycles to Selected Departments and Sub Counties.

Apac District Local Government also invites sealed bids from interested and competent Companies /Firms to be pre- qualified/short listed for works, Services and Supplies and Annual Framework contracts for the Financial Year 2023/24
PREQUALIFICATION
Civil Works (Construction & Rehabilitation of Buildings, Pit latrines. Ecosan toilets, etc.).
General Supplies (Supply of Office & School furniture, Equipment and tools, Agriculture inputs, etc.)
Management of Revenue Points (Weekly and Monthly Markets etc.
FRAME WORK CONTRACTS.
Repair and Maintenance of District Vehicles (including supply of spare parts, components and servicing
Supply of Fuel and Lubricants (diesel, petrol.)
Supply of Printed materials and Assorted Office stationery.
Supply of Computer and Printer consumables (Toner, Ink etc.)
Supply of Road Construction materials and related supplies (Cement, Culverts, Gravel etc).
Provision of Secretarial Services (printing. Photocopying, binding etc)
Provision of catering services (meals, refreshments etc).
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Apac District Local Government and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on working days of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm or send an e-mail to pdu.apacdig@gmail.com
The original bidding document, written in English may be purchased by the interested bidders up on payment of a non- refundable fee of 100,000/= for the first category and 50,000/= for Prequalification and Frame work contracts, on Account number 9030005607408 Tided Apac General Fund, Stanbic Bank Apac Branch".

The bidding documents will be received from the Procurement and Disposal Unit on working days (Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm) upon presentation of the bank slip and/ or the Entity's General receipt acknowledging payment of the non-refundable fee. No liability will be accepted for loss of document or late delivery.
Bids shall be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00 am of Wednesday 30-08-2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the Planning Unit Board room on Wednesday 30-08-2023 at 12.00 noon.
Pre bid meeting/site visit shall be held on Monday 21-09-2023 at 11.00 am in the Apac Planning Unit Boardroom.
