Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts, expanding our client base, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities and a strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and business growth.
• Proposal Preparation: Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Drive the negotiation and closing of deals, working closely with clients to address any concerns and finalize contracts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales processes to ensure efficient and effective lead management and conversion.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, with a strong focus on sales and client relations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in bid and proposal writing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software (e.g. Asana , Hubspot)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives effectively.
