KEY REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• – Entrepreneurial experience or ambitions.
• – In it for the long run.
• – Comfortable with (partly) result-based rewards and entrepreneurial risk.
• – Supports Tunga vision & culture.
• – Proven professional working ethos.

Preferred

• – Experience working with different cultures.
• – Experience in education and talent development.

• – A running business in this sector.
• – Experience with (VC) funding

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

• – Lead the academy, driving its growth and long-term sustainability.
• – Manage the academy team including already trained trainers.
• – Improve and expand the academy’s offerings.
• – Explore new revenue streams and market opportunities.
• – Strengthen Tunga Academy’s brand positioning to enhance visibility and credibility.
• – Act as project manager for subsidized academy projects (currently two in the pipeline).
• – Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors and stakeholders.
