Job Description:
The Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the financial management of the district. They will ensure proper financial planning, budgeting, and accountability in line with government regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for the district.
• Prepare and manage the district's budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the district.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
• Provide financial advice to the district leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA is an added advantage.
• At least five years of experience in financial management within a government or large organization.
