JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Maintain CRM records and database
- Manage external communication and outreach
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely support/services
- Support internal team & HR functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer/community engagement, stakeholder management, or HR roles (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
- Experience with CRM systems/HR software is a plus
