JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handling Customer queries over the phone, email, SMS and chat.
• Educate current and potential customers with product and service information. Make and receive calls as assigned by the Head of Customer care or Designated supervisor.
• Manage phone portfolio and ensure that set targets are achieved.
• Correctly update the communication logs for every interaction held.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sale to clients collect money over phone and correct defects in tracker functionality.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
Job Requirements
• A bachelor's degree of any discipline from a recognized university.
• A minimum of eight (8) months in a call centre
• Excellent knowledge in Computer Applications
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethics, and a proactive and positive attitude.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 6
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
