1. Qualifications and Skills:
o Training from LDC (Court Bailiffs and Auctioneers) certificate.
o Financial analysis skills.
o Understanding of litigation procedures.
o Portfolio management skills.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong emotional intelligence.
o Demonstrated a high level of integrity.
