Director, Health Service Delivery (Mbale) The Director for Health Services will ensure that the program increases the availability, accessibility and quality of comprehensive and integrated health services (HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, FP, MNCH and nutrition). The Director for Health Service will be the principal key personnel member responsible for overall project leadership and management for health services, providing strategic guitlnnu: anti vision that lends to high quality services becoming available and accessible, while also promoting health seeking behaviors, leading to improved health outcomes for the population being served in Eastern Uganda. Leadership duties will include coordination among USAID and key stakeholders and other implementing partners at the regional, district, and community levels.The Director ofHeaith Service Delivery will oversee all aspects of this important component with a particular focus on the technical integrity of program design and implementation, meeting targets and achieving project deliverables.
