JOB DETAILS:
Responsibility
• Ensuring the success of the company through delivery of an exceptional guest experience while effectively forecasting. planning. managing staff and finances
• Set the pace and lead the team of staff to maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, maintaining a strong workforce with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Implementing innovative strategies and maintaining. You will play a pivotal role enhancing Guest satisfaction and the overall success of the organization

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Food service management or related field
• Culinary school Diploma & Master's in Business Administration are added advantages
• At least 7 years’ experience in F&B Operations. 3 of which are in senior leadership
• Excellent Financial Management Skills
• Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Prior experience with a F&B SOP is a must.
