JOB DETAILS:
Location: Muduuma, along Mityana Road
Industry: Poultry Farming (Broiler Chicken for Meat)
The Farm is a growing enterprise specializing in broiler chicken farming, currently managing 20,000 birds with a vision to double this capacity by the end of the year. To support our expansion, we are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Job Summary:
The Farm Supervisor will assist the Farm Manager in overseeing farm operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and adherence to best poultry farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise farm workers and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure proper feeding schedules and monitor poultry growth performance.
• Support farm sanitation, vaccination, and biosecurity procedures.
• Keep daily farm records, including stock and mortality reports.
• Report any challenges related to poultry health and farm operations to the Farm Manager.
• Assist in procurement and management of farm supplies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or certificate in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in poultry farm supervision.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Knowledge of poultry farming best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
