Position Brief: Filmmaker for UPROOT Project

The PACT, a global coalition of youth-led and youth-serving organisations, is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented filmmaker to join our groundbreaking project, #UPROOT. This initiative is at the forefront of our efforts to measure and enhance progress in the global fight against AIDS, mainly focusing on its impact on young people.

Position: Filmmaker for UPROOT Project

Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce compelling video content that encapsulates the essence of the #UPROOT project.
• Work closely with youth networks and stakeholders to represent their experiences and perspectives accurately.
• Create engaging narratives highlighting the progress and challenges in the fight against AIDS among young people.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in documentary filmmaking or a related field.
• Strong storytelling abilities with a focus on social and humanitarian issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including youth-led organisations.
• Commitment to the mission of ending AIDS by 2030 and an understanding of the issues affecting young people in this context.
