JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Obligations
You shall be required to do the following;
● Prospect on a daily basis, make presentations and do follow ups
● Achieve personal and Team production and productivity targets, usually allotted by the Unit/sales Manager.
● Attend meetings and team hurdles to help follow up and manage your daily activities. You may also be called upon to attend any unplanned but much-needed meetings.
● Submit a daily activity report to your Unit Manager.
● Obtain a license from the Insurance Regulatory Authority authorizing you to work as an insurance Agent. The company will assist you with the process.
● Enroll, sit and pass COP exams within the time stipulated by the IRA, which is one year.
● Ensure persistence of business brought in by yourself.
● Observe and comply with the Company Code of Ethics, all laws, regulations, standards and policies of the Company.
● Attend training that might be scheduled by the organization
