Mission
The GeoUnit Operations Integrity Manager supports the local implementation of the Quality and HSE management systems and the Product and Service Delivery KOP. They assist the Division GeoUnit Manager in delivering safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery for our customers. The Operations Integrity Manager coaches the GeoUnit team to ensure consistent, timely and effective implementation and assessment of technical standards and procedures. This person will support HSE and quality related performance by ensuring all function interfaces are clear and understood, all incidents are fully investigated, and that there is an embedded cycle of continuous improvement using lessons learned to revise and refine processes and Management Systems. This covers all operational and support functions (including Engineering and Manufacturing) where they impact the Product and Service Delivery or the Services and Equipment Specific Safety processes. The position will also ensure conformance and/or compliance to both internal and industry standards where required.
The Operations Integrity Manager does not approve Exemption or Management of Change requests. The expected outcome is improved performance in the product lines ability to safely, reliably, efficiently, and consistently deliver products and services.
Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor the SQ, Technical and Division
• Specific Safety Plans framework of the GeoUnit.
• Implement and monitor the annual quality and auditing plans and ensure RWP closure.
• Actively participate in or lead audits.
• Develop continuous improvement plans for the GeoUnit within PSD and cross-function as required.
• Drive the investigation and review of CMS and Hi POT QHSE incidents within the GeoUnit and subsequent RWP closure.
• Participate in the review of high-risk PRAs.
• Experience & Exposures:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering of related discipline
• At least 15 years' experience in Oil and Gas
• Proven experience deploying new technologies such as BluePack Packer, Metris Gauge, S-Trigger Isolation Valves and Single Trip Completions
• Proven experience in supporting IOC's Proven experience as a Schlumberger Completions Field Engineer
