JOB DETAILS:
The Head of Digital is responsible for driving growth and strategic transformation of EFC Uganda Limited (MDI) analogue business into a robust digital financial services provider.

A professional that shall:
• Develop and implement dynamic and competitive digital financial services (DFS) solutions,
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for digital products and channels.
• Manage end to end products development from ideation to implementation.
•Research solutions and make recommendations for the implementation of products/channels systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and lead the digital team.
• Develop and manage digital product and channel roadmaps.
• Work with support and operational units to achieve client satisfaction for clients using the digital channels and products.

Qualifications
• A Degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing coupled with a MBA/Masters. Specialised courses & certification in digital related fields will be advantageous.
• At least seven (7) years of progressive work experience in digital financial technology (Fintech) most preferably in a financial services sector.
• Should be a good communicator and able to multitask, analytical, result oriented, meet deadlines, problem solver with great customer service and people management skills.
