JBN Consults and Planners Ltd is a multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides integrated consultancy services in Uganda and Internationally.
In order to strengthen its capacity and broaden its service portfolio, the company now seeks to recruit high calibre professionals for the following position;

Job Title: Head Engineering Services
Directorate: Technical Services
Department: Engineering Services
Reports to: Director Technical Services
Supervises: Manager Engineering Design, Manager Works Supervision

Person specifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a masters degree in relevant field is an added advantage;
  
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience attained in similar work in a reputable agency;
  
• Should be a registered member of the Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers and Engineers Registration Board – ERB of Uganda;
  
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in civil works designs and supervision;
  
• Should have experience in preparing competitive technical and financial proposals for engineering consulting services;
  
• Should have proven project management and business development skills.
