In order to strengthen its capacity and broaden its service portfolio, the company now seeks to recruit high calibre professionals for the following position;

Job Title: Head Environment Services
Directorate: Technical Services
Department: Environment Services
Reports to: Director Technical Services
Supervises:

1. Manager Monitoring and Audits
   
2. Manager Projects and Advisory Services
   
3. Manager Planning and Assessments
   

Person specifications:

• A master’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management or related field;
  
• 10 years’ experience in conducting and managing environment consultancy assignments;
  
• Proven experience in preparation of competitive technical and financial proposal;
  
• Proven experience in mentoring and supervision of staff;
  
• Proven experience in conducting and preparation of Environment Assessments (EA), Monitoring and Audits;
  
• Conversant with Environmental and Social safeguards policies of key development partners.
