JOB DETAILS:
An International Company is looking for a Head of Sales based in Uganda to expand our sales and distribution networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a distribution strategy and building out a team of sales reps and distributors..

Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Ability to build distribution networks.
• Expanding the distribution of company products across all over Uganda starting with Kampala.
• Planning and preparing efficient and effective distribution routes and strategies
• Preparing the distribution KPI.
• Work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate the product.
• Develop and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Recruiting, and hiring distributors/sales reps.

Skills And Qualifications
• At least 7 years' experience in a senior sales role in FMCG distribution.
• Proven track record of establishing distribution networks from scratch.
• Excellent experience in retail across Uganda.

• Route planning capability, and setting distribution KPIs.
• Strong operational skills.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
