Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala is a luxury boutique hotel located in an upscale area of Kololo along Kira Road near the Uganda Museum and British High Commission. Our hotel offers a memorable and authentic experience with tastefully designed fully furnished suites, complete with spacious living rooms, equipped kitchenettes, and king-sized beds. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Housekeeping Manager role located at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the housekeeping staff, develop and implement cleaning guidelines, ensure efficient cleaning schedules, and manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing and providing support to the housekeeping team, and for upholding high standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
