Job Summary:
The Job Holder will have overall responsibility for designing and managing all HR systems and processes in the Organization.

Position Description:
Designed to support the people management and functions to fortify the business culture and profitability of the organization. The broad areas include: employee matters, benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management.

Position Summary:
The Job Holder will have overall responsibility of designing and managing all HR processes in the Organization. He/she will ensure effective and efficient provision of high quality HR services in support of the Organization's operations in all locations/ offices. He/she Manager will lead ad hoc HR projects as required and determined by Management. He/she will provide management reports on head count.

This role will report to the Finance/ Administration Manager.
