JOB DETAILS:
The Banana Industrial Research and Development Centre (BIRDC) exists to provide a state-of-the-Art banana processing enterprise in Uganda. BIRDC is the successor entity of the Presidential Initiative On Banana Industrial Development (PIBID) Project.
BIRDC is looking for a qualified talented person to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Reporting Line: Director Corporate Affairs and Operations
Job Station: Kampala.

The position dictates ability to exercise transformational leadership towards accomplishment of the strategic initiative of BIRDC.
