JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager performs a variety of professional HR services, and offers guidance and support to the business, throughout the entire employee life cycle from recruitment, hiring, and benefits administration to promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Key Accountabilities include (not limited to):
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Line Management support
• Providing guidance to Managerial and Employee Requests
• Employee relations matters
• Employee development
• Performance Management
• Training & development
• Coordinate salary review and bonus cycle processes in line with Company policy
• Contributes to reviewing the HR processes, templates, and procedures based on experience, for continuous improvement purposes.

Required Academic qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Degree in HR or business-related field and preferably a postgraduate diploma/Master’s in HR
• Member of relevant HR professional body
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Knowledge of Uganda Labour Laws
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to influence across all levels.
• Experience in similar HR positions in manufacturing would be an advantage

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
