JOB DETAILS:
Impact and Innovations Development Centre (IIDC) is a not-for-profit technical assistance organization which was established and registered in Uganda in 2015 The organization has an Africa-wide reach currently working with partners from Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. IIDC supports the work of development partners and strengthens civil society through capacity development support and offering technical advice on selected but diverse development issues. IIDC is seeking highly motivated and organized persons to fill the following position.
IT Technical Support Officer .

The IT Technical Support Officer will be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them; monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization, installing and configuring computer systems, website management, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors in information Technology, Computer Science or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience providing information Communications Technology (ICT) and administrative support in a development context;
• Experience working with backend administration of websites is a MUST
